Duo Heels (operated by Infavy Interactive Private Limited, CIN U62010DL2025PTC451670, GSTIN 07AAICI3138A1ZZ) wants you to love your convertible heels. If something isn't right, here's how returns and exchanges work.

7-Day Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange, no questions asked. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

How to Start a Return

Email we@duoheels.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll share pickup/return-shipping instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? Let us know when you start your return and we'll ship the replacement once the original item is received (or immediately, where stock allows).

Non-Returnable Items

Items marked "Final Sale," gift cards, and items showing signs of wear cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your Duo Heels arrive damaged or with a mechanism defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos — we'll prioritise a replacement or refund.
