We currently ship across India from our facility in New Delhi.
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days of confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
2. Delivery Timelines
- Metro cities: 3-5 business days after dispatch.
- Rest of India: 5-8 business days after dispatch.
Delivery timelines are estimates from our courier partners and may vary due to weather, regional restrictions, or courier delays.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if any) are calculated and shown at checkout before payment.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email/SMS to follow its progress.
5. Delays & Lost Shipments
