Refund & Return Policy

At DuoHeels, we want you to love the way your convertible heels fit and flip. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

1. Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Products marked "Final Sale" at checkout.
Items showing signs of wear, damage caused after delivery, or missing original packaging.

3. How to Request a Return

Email duoheels01@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll share pickup or drop-off instructions within 24-48 hours.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item).

5. Exchanges

Size or color exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your preferred size/color is unavailable, we'll process a refund instead.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
