DuoHeels run true to standard Indian UK sizing. If you're between two sizes, we recommend sizing up slightly — the locking flip mechanism sits comfortably even with a touch of extra room, while a too-snug fit can make the flip-to-flat motion feel tight.

How to measure your foot
- Stand on a sheet of paper with your heel against a wall.
- Mark the tip of your longest toe and measure the distance from the wall in centimetres.
- Match your measurement to the closest size in the chart above — if you're exactly between two sizes, size up.
A note on the flip mechanism
Because DuoHeels lock into two positions (heel and flat), fit matters slightly more than with a single-mode shoe. A correctly sized pair should feel secure with no heel slip in either mode. If your feet tend to swell through the day, sizing up by half a size is a safe choice.
